Every day at fitness we head down to the courts with room 6 7 and 8 and we do a circuit. We have to do star jumps, push up (which is the worst:) skipping, squats, burpies, shuttle run and LOTS MORE.
We have an amount of time to do our best on each activity and then move to the next station. After we do a good stretch for our muscles.
Sometimes we do a scavenger hunt and today we did one and we had to find a four leaf clover and Mrs Notley thought no one was going to find any but we found 3. It was hard but we kept on trying and finally we found 3.
